Sorry you have to go through this. I don't really know what to say. I went through a similar situation when my grandfather passed. Sad as he was to go, he told me to crack one open for him. I hope you can have a similar situation to make it at least bitter sweet. Good luck.

Before my financial situation went in the gutter, I was looking at @/meplushyou. They have good quality, and give quotes. That said, they open commissions like three times a year. Iirc, they're opening them up again soon.

I miss the older days of AI where it was just shitposting, and it wasn't affecting artists. Now assholes are entering them in contests and trying to replace the actual artist. My heart goes out to all of the artists..

See, even when people have opinions like this, there's a time and place. I do like conversations where people have to think "hey did they really deserve this?" but if it's just a cute pic, why bring it up?
