I’m running the Lee Valley Velopark Half Marathon on 26th April for ADHD UK. And for my dad. It’s his birthday three days after the race. He would’ve been 74. He died cut off, forgotten and alone at 54. Like too many others. ADHD isn’t well understood. I want to change that. Help me.
