Personally, as much as I like VII's stories, the game is ugly, and not even in a charming way. V, VII, IX and X are the games I find myself replaying often though.

Holy shit, I love this book so much.

Additionally, there's a fantastic Linkin Park track— Wretches And Kings— that samples this speech.

It's the way that you do it.

Well, the idea of the Leviathan skeleton isn't that it was a fierce ancient monster, but a gentle giant that didn't survive the change of climate. Less of a missed boss opportunity and more of a sad bit of world building.

I'm going to think about the text color choice all day. (And yes... it is terrible on the background.)

I don't think you will understand, and I'm sorry.

I mean, hypertension is a problem that disproportionately affects black folk. Should high blood pressure be considered a feature of being black?
comment in response to post
I mean this respectfully, but I think you need to reread the thread and think it through a little more. "It's common..." you say. What is common?

I'm a parent of trans children in rural Florida, husband of an immunocompromised wife, the four of us autistic, and I'm the descendant of multiple generations of child abuse, orphaning, kidnapping, and genocide, having the same argument my grandfather argued before being put in a camp. Kinda sucks.

Yes, and when you brought her up, I can choose to correct your error. If you don't like it, do better.
comment in response to post
Sorry, which leader did I idolize?
comment in response to post
Yeah, no shit, and if you can't learn from your mistakes in idolizing broken leaders, how do you expect any of this to change?
comment in response to post
You brought her up, dipshit. If you can't remember how this thread started, you can just scroll up and read it. It's like arguing with a fucking chatbot.
comment in response to post
Agenda? What the fuck are you talking about? I only care about the country insomuch as I care about the people that make it up. And that care doesn't end at Ellis Island or the Rio Grande. So when a candidate can't denounce a genocide funded by the state she is campaigning to lead...
comment in response to post
Why do you think I've given up? Or that I don't care? When I'm actively arguing with you saying that you don't care about certain groups?
comment in response to post
Holy shit, do you really think I voted for Trump? After this whole-ass conversation?

Here, since you're skirting it too. Harris ran a shit campaign. She was told it was bad, but she kept on with it, and lost. We are living with that decision. Also, since you don't seem to get it, conditional solidarity isn't solidarity.
comment in response to post
You think she ran a perfect campaign and there is nothing she could have done better? Also, yeah, everyone had their own agenda, that's kind of a core issue of American politics. A good politician can meet those people where they are and turn them. A bad one courts them as they are and loses them.

What do you disagree with: zero-sum blame, or that she whiffed it?
comment in response to post
No mate, I'm trying to eek out what you actually believe by prodding you. You're being coy, and you know it.
comment in response to post
This is mirroring?
comment in response to post
No shit it's bigger than Harris, but you're the one who put her on a pedestal, not me, and you're the one that can't stand seeing her criticized for her role in this.
comment in response to post
Blame is not a zero-sum game. The fact that you can't seem to lay any blame at her feet is telling. She was the leader of the opposition. She whiffed it. I'm not laying all the blame on her, but when you're huffing her farts on my timeline, then I'll say something.

Hey, dumbass, I voted for her loser ass hoping to avoid this faacistic regime, but also knowing full well that she's not the change we need. And you are not your "folks" anymore than I am mine, and your wierd tribalism is more of the same shit that got us here.
comment in response to post
This, right here, is why we lost. And until y'all figure out how solidarity works, we will continue to backslide.

First: I am on two skateboards in that picture, which would be the only time I've skated in 6 years. Second: I don't have XBox Live? I still play on a 360 when I even can. Third: Phone? Fourth: You're complaining about solidarity and also throwing Gaza under a bus. Pick a lane (with a bus in it).
comment in response to post
Nah, all you did was deflect and waffle on about fucking democracy when I said Harris sucked. Your opinion seems to be that it's soley the voters' fault that Harris lost. Keep simping for the genocide supporting cop though, bootlicker.
comment in response to post
Why are you criticizing groups of people in response to me criticizing a leader? Like you still haven't explained that.

Let me know when you manage to get your head out so you can help.

You're fucking stupid mate. We fucking nothing. Hold those in power to account, and stop assigning blame downward. The people at the bottom are absolutely culpable too, but they are, and let's see if you understand this, AT THE BOTTOM. Stop tearing at the other crabs in the bucket.
comment in response to post
When did I make an excuse? Get your head checked mate.
comment in response to post
Yeah, and somehow you're absolving all responsibility for the other leaders that did jack shit to keep us out of this mess. You're basically saying that the emotionally abusive parent was right and you should have listened when they warned you about the physically abusive parent.
comment in response to post
Harris is culpable too. Don't pretend she and Biden did anything to prevent this.

Yeah, cozy games seem to have a hardwired level of tedium built in to intentionally slow gameplay.

There are a lot of layers to it and it depends on what the map is for. Generally, wherever you are in the map, the visible portion of the screen shouldn't be boring but also not "cluttered". You should be able to tell where you are. Repetetive travel shouldn't be tedious.

I was talking about the fact that it didn't make the image. You said "show me the vector" and it found a vector image labeled "cool s". I think it didn't draw it like the rest. Also fuck off, just in general.

Asked my friends in the ROM hacking community and they seem to think it is. I suppose this is why I'm not a map developer.

I genuinely can't tell if this is a good map or not.
