Yes it is! Just because you keep saying it isn’t doesn’t make you right 😂 Th ADA is not regarding hiring practices, it’s regarding access. DEI regards hiring practices for the most qualified candidates regardless of disability, race, religion…DEI stands for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
