We shouldn't have run Kamala. Straight up. We should've been on our hands and knees begging Bernie.
I'm NEVER voting for a centrist again.
I'm done. They better give me a real progressive to vote for, or I'm staying home.

And that's worth jack and crap. I want them on the news. I want them holding rallys. I want them giving us a message that their centrist bull$#@t doesn't work and they're ready to back Bernie.
No more Clintons, no more Kamalas, I want something new. I want someone with real passion, real fire.

I want a Dem to get up in front of the nation and say:
"F%$# Trump, f%$# the GOP, and we're not going to sit here and take their bulls%$# lies anymore. It's time to stop playing nice and start fighting just as hard as they do."
I'm tired of them acting like this is the 19-f%$#ing-50s still.

I get that people hate that card.
On the other hand, it's one of the few cards that can help a fair deck, one that doesn't have an insta-win combo, have a chance at winning.
I tried Commander for a few weekends, but eventually gave up on it. It's not really for me.
WotC killed off my format. :(

My janky Selesnya Humans deck, which has never won a match or even eliminated a single player, is a 4 simply because it had a Moon-Blessed Cleric and a Drannith Magistrate.
It can't beat a precon.
These brackets are so messed up.
(I pulled the Cleric and the Magistrate and it dropped to a 1)

Because she actively helped Trump become president, and now he's killing the United States and befouling its corpse?
I will never respect a Stein voter. In my eyes, they are just as responsible as Trump supporters.
I'm gonna let you reply, but then I'm blocking you.

Hey! I'm not doing great, my cancer did come back and I'm in treatment now.
Thanks for watching that video! Wow, that was 15 years ago.
I actually did some writing for G4 and thought it was a good set of DVDs.
Even at 44, I'm a big fan of the power of friendship. It never goes out of style.

I loved CC, but the ending was a little abrupt. Next season, can you stretch it to a real amount of episodes?
I'm sorry but 7 episodes at less than 25 minutes each? 175 minutes? 3 hours? Just make a movie.
Series, even as short as 4 years ago, were 26 episodes.
We're sick of 8-10 episode series.

All movies are art. Making movies in and of itself is an art form.
It may not be art you respect, much like I don't respect most modern or impressionist paintings, but it is still art.

What was done was that a super fast, super strong, metahuman may have gotten the drop on Circe like a million characters before him have.

Some yes, some no. I use DCs current continuity. Which is post-Doomsday Clock and some aspects of canon are only canon if they've been (directly or indirectly) integrated and/or referenced.
Most of those did happen but in a different way than they actually did.

I pretty much assume we can ignore anything from the New 52 or the Silver Age.

Wound her and it would not "nerf" her.
Her mega big feats are anomalies, not her baseline. It's like Grodd controlling the entire planet with his mind control. They are one-off feats that do not represent their baseline.
comment in response to

Yes, if you go into pre-crisis. Your point?
The fact of the matter is that it is canon that a man who has normal human strength, normal human speed, and a normal knife mortally wounded Circe in one stab from behind.
So, no, Weasel, who has super speed and strength could take her by surprise and

She was obviously able to use magic with her hands bound, because she's not psychic and she shared a false vision with Flag.
And no, it doesn't take more than this.
Ra's Al Ghul did it with a very simple knife from behind and mortally wounded her. It's canon.

You can drop her like a rock. That's how she rolls.
comment in response to

You don't base how powerful a character is by going off of their greatest feats.
Superman *can* shatter planets from just the shockwave generated by his punch.
Is that his baseline? No.
Same with Circe. She's a sorceress. If you can catch her off-guard, or disrupt her magic for even a second...
comment in response to

Circe isn't nerved. Honestly, you guys are just bad at properly evaluating how powerful she is.
Yes, she's had plenty of times where she's done a ritual or some such plot device and threatened the world.
She's also been mortally wounded by a normal knife and KO'ed by the Batman in one kick.

Furthermore - Circe *is* vulnerable to being taken out by surprise.
Like when a non-super strong, non-super fast, Ra's Al Ghul took her out *and almost killed her* (and would've, but Wondy dragged her out of the Lazerus Pit) with a normal knife to the back. In one hit.

- Waller, notorious for not trusting people. This causes Waller to send the CC to kill the Princess.
In the preview, we have a scene of Waller dropping to her knees in front of Circe and then a scene of her saying, "The witch set us up."
I don't think Weasel "took her out" at all.
comment in response to

Eh, don't jump to conclusions about Weasel taking her down.
I've been having to explain this on the Wonder Woman Reddit.
Circe shows up in the prison. Gives Waller a vision. An expert on Themyscara, who just happens to know Circe's history, who turns out to be Clayface, who is trusted by-

Just because she, herself, doesn't have a project, it doesn't mean that she's not getting respect.
Circe, Themyscara getting name dropped, showing an expert on Themyscara, and Paradise Lost being in development... They haven't even name dropped Superman or Batman.
Be patient. It'll come.

I would expect to see Darkseid in like 2032.
comment in response to

No. Not if James is smart. Darkseid is a very big bad. You don't fight him in the 3rd movie.
Thanos showed up (aside from a CGI shot) like 10 films in.
After you do JL 3, you do Legion of Doom. Then, and only then, do you even consider Darkseid.
comment in response to

Why would he be burning with anything? James is the head of the DCU. He's his boss.
Stop pretending that James has a fued with anyone who directs comic book movies. It's weird.
Also: Don't say "We" - Say "You" - Because "I" like the DCU and "we" are not the same.

The DCEU doesn't exist. Simple.
The events in PM s1 more or less exist, but without the appearance of the JL.
Just assume the DCEU was a fever dream.

That was Johnson trying to go above studio heads in his attempted DCEU coup. His movie bombed, he lost his support, and got blacklisted from WB.
He was never authorized to do it, but he did it anyone behind Zavslov's back.

If by "actual DCU" you mean the Snyderverse - It's done. The real DCU is being made right now.
They're not going to bring back Zack, Cavill won't suit back up, Gadot isn't Wonder Woman, that universe is over and it's not coming back.

It's a new universe that has some similarities to the DCEU. Mostly only some portions of TSS and Peacemaker being carried over.
