And just to highlight this, she was using the bathroom that the parliamentary staffers told her to use. And what's the reaction from Parliament? "We shouldn't have told her to use that bathroom." Because apparently they're not waiting for the EHRC statutory guidance to start segregating trans people

The Times implies that this trans woman is breaking the law by using the women's toilets. She is not. And it's important to correct this. The interim update from the EHRC is NOT legally binding.
