Alright this is gunna be a thread about #hiring, #UX, and some things I did that maybe helped land me a job? Maybe not? But, I did get some interviews and just signed an offer letter for a FTE this morning, so maybe there is something to glean from this. (6 YOE, 12 in workforce, laid off) 1/10

I don't come across many tools that blow me away, but the depth and craftmanship put into #Framer is seriously something else. Like, ofc we all use Figma and it's the tool, but if, say, they sold to a megacorp overnight and we looked elsewhere, I wouldn't be surprised if Framer capitalized.
