I need Emma to stay on Joss's neck. Let them be adult frenemies.

Need viable olive oil alternatives. Prices are already through the roof & going to get worse bc of tariffs on EU. Anyone have suggestions? Because coconut & avocado oil are in the same boat & don't work for all occasions

Sigh. It's been only 3 months. Three months. How the f are we gonna survive at least 4 more years of this? He & his movement have already sucked the life out of the last 10

The whole, uptight, high powered "masculine" city chick finding love & her femininity in the arms of a small town masculine logger/rancher/carpenter....
I think I prefer the uptight, high powered city chick finding love in a foreign land with a prince. Lol
What downgrade for Molly

Okay I held back but better late than never.
Everything you think is Greek is Turkish. They're just better marketers.

Wait, is that dude on the left the one that kept filming himself on airplanes with his MAGA gear wishing some lib would provoke him? He's now media worthy?

This is a joke but you have no idea how much this actually hits the mark. I have an international trip coming up & for folks that don't pass the lily white test, it's scary.

Makes sense since the OG white Americans that took over were British. Then, thankfully, regional cuisine (Mexican & Native) influenced. Southern cooking harkens back to slavery. And then immigrants came in & further enriched. So at its base, the shared British cuisine is shite (bland meat & taters)

The right will never accept him & the left mostly hates him. I think his POTUS dreams are fruitless. But then again I never anticipated a carnival barker would drive this country into fascism so don't listen to me

Gods, that dish on the left 🤢. This looks like Tex Mex to me, which I avoid at all costs. I'm not from the Southwest, so I can't say what type of Mexican I prefer, I just know that it's not Tex Mex. So gloopy.

I'd say 2 pages. I've definitely left out early experiences. I've focused on the last 15 or so years, which have been the heart of my career. I'd keep a list of your publications for sure.

I think the whole thing is to separate out authentic English cuisine from the spiced up versions. Curry is admittedly not traditionally British. That's the fun of the food war. It's not super fun if you're comparing American Mexican against British curry is it?

So this looks awful but tame. I watched this show called The Bletchley Circle which takes place in 1950s London & the main character put this out for dinner. Now these Brits are on here defending their food, like dude, your authentic food is a boiled knuckle.

I think it's bc of the sensitivity of insulting another ethnicity's food but I am willing to go toe to toe against a white country's cuisine any day. Especially Brit. Went down the rabbit hole on that post last night and whoo boy, that bad teethed brigade needs a proper smack down.

All categories of dining out did. They jacked up prices during the pandemic & never lowered them. WTF wants to spend $30 on a simple Thai chicken dish?

The echo chamber is strong. All these people in the comments fangirling as if this was a takedown. It wasn't. It was an idiot sexist bully not letting you speak & you sorta getting a word in here & there. This was awful to watch. God I yearn for thoughtful, respectful dialogue instead of this slop

How is this "destroying?" And I absolutely hate that everything gets framed that way these days. I commend you for showing up & having to sit through his condescending sexist bullshit. But it was a total shit show & awful to watch. No one "won" here.

Um if you don't respect the law and go against it, there are consequences. Same for citizens, permanent residents & visitors. If I visit France & wanna stay outta their jails, I'm respecting their laws. But I don't HAVE to respect their values.

OMG where to begin? It IS a ride. You're NOT an astronaut. No space tourist is. Also, this woman is name dropping Oprah, Tyler Perry, Katy P singing for her. Saying if you get a group together it doesn't have to be expensive, like you're trying to GFs to go in on house for a wk in Tahoe SMH

Our laws yes, but our values? This is some serious "foreign tourist insulted our king, now we're throwing him in jail" shit.

Adding that I'm so sorry this happened. It never should have. I don't like the governor's views on a few things, including what Palestinians deserve, but the trauma inflicted on him and his family, especially during a holiday. It's just too much.

This is what happens when you conflate the two purposefully, which is what ADL, AIPAC, etc are doing & it's a freaking insult to Jews everywhere that their fate & allegiance should be tied to Israel & its policies. So many Jews critical of Israel have been saying "this won't make us safer."
