That timeline would’ve been amazing. We would all be breathing so much easier and I’m talking about everyone around the world except for the fascist dictators who are quite happy with this timeline.

The point is when people you like no longer share your values you don’t have to continue to support them. And it’s OK to call them out. You’re not being a hypocrite, you’re being consistent. They’re the ones who changed

Gives me such hope to imagine the eyes around the world seeing these protests. Since election day, I’ve been terrified about the state of our Democratic Republic. Seeing these protests could give a few congressional Republicans the courage they need to caucus with the Dems and stop his agenda

They do redistribute wealth
The top 1% steals our $ we paid into our whole lives in the form of unfair tax cuts

Dems should make a show at tRump's address to Congress. Go & then walk out one by one which will distract & infuriate him. None of it will be informative anyway & a mass exodus will be very impactful. Fight fire with fire.

Dems are not perfect. But they’re a hellova lot better than this Maga GOP and that is an inarguable fact.
Once you lose your rights, you may see the light, but it’ll be too late

The real purge has begun
Who knew it wasn’t just a semi ridiculous movie franchise, but actually a “how to” aspirational film for these people

Especially off given his friendship with Martha Stewart, who Trump has famously crapped on, because she took over the apprentice for a season but it didn’t work and he made fun of her forever. They are not friends.

Many have said this before— we can have profound policy differences and I can still respect the patriot that you are. You serve America with dignity and respect. Bless you.

It is hilarious that these weak spineless men use these tactics to prop themselves up and feed their own egos. Trump famously had an alter ego himself. He was caught red-handed faking his identity on phone calls, and correspondence.

Former resistance folks now sucking up for access or protection?
Corporations that didn’t contribute to MAGA now all in w $ to inauguration?
Trump installing the absolute worst in his admin?
Our flawed but aspirational Democratic Republic sliding into Gilead?
Yeah, your concern is warranted

Wonder if the Republicans who were out for Hunter Biden‘s blood will feel the same way about this guy?

I’m stunned that despite the evidence of 2000, 2004, and 2016 that gave us this SCOTUS we’re still having this conversation

I’m surprised O’Donnell said this because it’s absolute bs
Jane Fonda said it best-You fight for the team where you have a seat at the table. The one that will align more with your beliefs than not

The best chance would be for a group of progressive business people to pull resources and purchase the network and switch it up. First thing I would do is higher Keith Olbermann back as primetime anchor. He’s a lot, sure, but he’s not usually wrong and he’s not afraid to fight and say the truth.

Yes
It’s fairer and gives better candidates a foothold

I ran out of characters, but to clarify, I’d want the elimination of the electoral college and the addition of rank party voting for all elections. It’s a much fairer and representative system. And third-party candidates would have a better chance.

I have no problem w 3rd party candidates & I’d prefer the elimination of the electoral college & rank party voting for all elections. But we need to actually win elections in order to accomplish it includes both houses of Congress & POTUS at the same time. We won’t get there with vanity candidates

2000 was one thing but 2004 was all hubris and I’ll never think of him as highly because of that. Despite all the good he did prior. I remember Bill Maher and Michael Moore literally getting on their knees and begging him not to run on Air live.
Same mentality that got us this scotus

I voted for her because I have a memory longer than Dory, the goldfish from Finding Nemo. I remember what’s come before and what, unfortunately, will come again. I hope we can survive till the midterms can restore a little balance to our government.
