something that took me WAY too long (and too many medical bills) to learn as an artist: drawing posture naturally makes your chest muscles super tight, which in turn pulls your neck and shoulders forwards. stretching your chest can actually alleviate a lot of your neck, back, and shoulder pain☝️💫
