It would probably take congressional action and such action could itself be held up in court. The Real ID act itself was.

That's administered on a state by state basis.... though the feds to set certain standards. They could perhaps make it a standard that the ID must say their birth sex.
This would ensure that all transwomen who fly get fondled by the TSA.

IKR. What they don't realize is that to be trans is to be the Black people among the LGBT community. Even if we blend in it is at best like being a Black person who can pass for White. We are visible and vulnerable 24 7 to discrimination much more like being Black or Brown.

If aggressive Civil Disobedience was bad then black civil rights wouldn't have worked. I think many people have heard of fairy tale where all MLK did was make a soaring speech and then everything happened. It involves a lot of setbacks being beaten by dogs hosed.

By your logic Rosa Parks was a villain where sitting and all the people that stayed sit-ins during the 50s and '60s for black civil rights were doing the wrong thing. Nonviolent resistance only exist if there is resistance
