2/2: Some talks may be in English, typically by English-speaking presenters. Some of the French and German folks may take the opportunity to practice their English with others. Ultimately, everyone makes new friends! Gotta roll with the unexpected and new when travelling. It’s great practice, too.

1/2: Travellers from other countries are welcome to present at any HU event. Naturally, not everyone speaks the same language, but that’s the point of world travel. 😍 Almost all talks at HU France are in French, likewise in German at HU Germany...

Thu-Fri only may be doable. Our organizing team there could figure out fees for a shorter time. Ask for Steve Anderson (Lead Organizer) or Linda Pearce. Thu is when most people arrive/check in. Maybe a talk on Thu eve. Full-steam ahead by Fri. Schedule pending.

FYI, we hold an annual motorcycle/overlanding adventure travel event in Virginia. This year's #HUVirginia takes place on April 24-27. It is a welcoming and inspiring place to connect with fellow riders +travellers. It's a blast!

@donadv.bsky.social The re-skeet is much appreciated, Dusty! Hope you'll make it to any of our events this year and in the future - perhaps with your own adventure stories to share. :)

You mean we like chaos?? 😂 Entropy? True, "adventure" happens when things go wrong.

"So, he did, but our old Ténéré was loaded to the brim and the tyres were almost flat from riding from Cape Town. The bike eventually sank. It was a lot of hard work to dig it out. Can we say we’d never do it again? Of course not!”
