I decline if the deadline is within less than 28 days because a serious mathematical review takes time. That having said, on December 6 I received a review request with a deadline of 10 days. According to the pdf file, the authors have submitted on October 15!

A undeservedly not so well known transcendental number is the lemniscate constant ϖ, see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lemnisc.... It is related to the perimeter of lemniscates.
