Because he is lauded in the media as the best thing since bread was invented. He is a very good player to but only dome it for 18months and being compared to Salah Rooney Lampard etc. never had a good game against a top 6/8 team

Even with VAR mistakes are made & imo its bcz their mates in Stockley don’t want them to look stupid. Think Mike Dean even said he never sent his mate to screen so he never got abused by fans. The while PGMOL needs an overhaul

100% agree with Refs needing to come out and explain decisions. They are human & make mistakes but explain why & what you saw.
Remember years ago, Utd v Toon and ref gave 2 big calls but done interview after it. 1 right 1 wrong looking back he said. Fair play thanks for explaining.
