Forgot that I also add a lil rice vinegar and ground ginger. also I cut up a lime a while ago and put the slices in the freezer for lime juice whenever, which I recommend heartily. if you heap the hot rice on top of the lime slice it will thaw it.. just another fun cooking tip from me :)
