i watched daredevil season 3 shortly before born again and it’s just night and day in some places. in season 3, there are CONSTANT high stakes. nobody gets a moment of rest, shits always moving. it’s just not like that in born again, and i don’t think it was for the better

i need to stress that the highs of this show were incredibly high. that’s mainly the beginning and end though, the middle gets very muddy and confusing with matt’s character and the stakes are way too low even for the content we’re seeing and it’s just. messy
