I see no difference between the position of they become part of NATO if Russia crosses the ceasefire borders and Zelenskys proposal that they join NATO now with the understanding that article 5 can't be invoked on the (illegally) occupied territories. What is the difference?

How can they tell? Disaasemblers and sniffers are banned for all but a handful of security/network users. Agree that any new application is a cause for concern. There is a long process to get an application approved for installation. Unapproved apps will be flagged by the av/anti-intrusion software.
