No worries at all. I was ordained through the Universal Life Church, a Unitarian/Non-denominational group that offers basic ordination for anyone seeking it, hence why I’m a non-denominational pastor/priest. Theologically I would say I lean more Anglican/Lutheran with some Reformed theology.

On the left Cardinal Timothy Radcliffe of The Order of Preachers (Dominican).
On the right Cardinal Sean Patrick O’Malley of The Order of Friars Minor Capuchin (Franciscan).
Both moderately liberal, especially Radcliffe.

(2/2) While it is not unusual historically for monastic cardinals to wear habits (even some popes have) in the modern day it is sometimes seen as making a statement.(As others have pointed out, Jesuits do not wear habits & are not monastics) See some examples of modern cardinals in habits below.
