It’s easy and fun to do. Great thing about homemade kimchi is you can try different varieties. Most recent one I did was with Brussels sprouts.

With Ivory they did it for Mastodon, so shouldn’t be too difficult to do the same for Bluesky. Guess we are all fine to pay for that.
