Honestly that's a tough one, if you have a friend group or support network that always helps me. Past that remember it's okay to do things for yourself: treat yourself to something nice, take a day where you do something you know you'll enjoy but wishing you the best for feeling better.

I'm sorry you feel this way, but I can say in regards to your worries about studying: As someone who works at a uni I very commonly get people in their 50's and 60's who study something completely new and think it's the best decision they ever made. It's never too late to change direction in life.
