Honestly, I wish Black voters would actually 😕 show up and vote their numbers.
So many Black people live in the South, but so many don't vote.
While some Black people are conservative, we don't see 😒 conservative policies coming from the south benefiting Black people.
It's just unfortunate 😕

I stayed in bed for one full hour today. I set my alarm ⏰️and allowed myself to just be with myself.
I pushed 🫸 all my issues out of my head for that one hour in bed 🛌. I feel so much better.
When it comes to mental health, I'm all about taking small steps and small wins whenever I can get them.
