Many of the #shipwrecks on the coast of North #Cornwall were the product of #gales barreling up the Bristol Channel. The #wind would start as a southerly then veer north west, trapping ships on 'The Ironbound Coast'. The New Pier at #StIves fared no better. washhousepress.com/blog_New_Pie...
