Moving traffic faster "through" your city doesn't help businesses "in" a city.

A team with diverse skills and backgrounds will be a stronger team.

FYI, tax cuts lead to program cuts.

Wind gusts well over 70km/hr last night so I am glad my neighbours put out their recycling for the morning pickup. As in I had to pickup a lot of recycling from the neighbourhood this morning. Sigh.

I appreciate the attempt in photo 1 by my neighbour but I am the king of clear sidewalks today.

Clearing my sidewalk and the end of my driveway. That was a lot of ice. Now here comes the next storm.

We need more WOOL #SnookieSocks to pair with our #FitItForward footwear program! $22 buys 4 pairs. Thanks for the REPOST! Link to DONATE here: tinyurl.com/dzu3xs2d #AerobicsFirst #ColdViolentWinter #TrenchFoot #TF2025FT #TrenchFoot #LindsayConstruction

One tricky thing about a smart robot vacuum versus a dumb one is that it requires a source of light to work. Not an issue at home but in a museum storage area we don’t leave the lights on. This simple smart light bulb has been the solution it comes on just before the vacuum heads out. #museumroomba

Hey Lexie.

I guess when they plan street calming speed bumps they should co wider where the city road drains are because these things create quite the water dam and street flooding. Should be interesting tomorrow

Those February vibes

Just sitting there wondering.

Because I have seen a few weird TikTok/Reel videos where wellness influencers use conductivity meters to test water quality - Water quality and conductivity do not necessarily correlate. Distilled water is zero (or very close) but that means it has no dissolved minerals in it.

NSM Todd has been the most finicky of the museum Roombas. Currently his base station failed but iRobot was good to send a replacement. Our friend is off and cleaning again. When choosing your museum vacuum remember to find a company with good customer service. @novascotiamuseum.bsky.social
