Eat your vegetables and if you don't like em blend them in a smoothie or hide them in a casserole. Potatoes (except sweet potatoes!) onions and corn don't count. I mean leafy greens, broccoli, beans, asparagus, etc! You need more vitamins to stay healthy and fuel yourself! Your body will thank you 💙
