I posted this on my OWN accounts on X, bsky, Instagram, and YouTube. The only other person who has rights to repost this animation is the client who commissioned it.
If you see them anywhere else, it is NOT me and I did not give permission to repost it.

It's not my place to say since this was a commission. You'll have to ask the client ( @kevincasas.bsky.social )!

Also, out of respect for the client I will not be disclosing how much he spent on the werewolf animation. The document will provide just a general idea of what to expect when you ask for a quote, as well as any additional information regarding the commission process.

Be aware though, that I am employed full-time currently, so I do not know how soon I can take on another commission. This one was done during a few weeks of free time between studio work. (3/3)

Rates vary depending on a wide range of factors (characters, complexity, length, deadlines, rough/clean/shading/etc). That said, I am always happy to discuss general estimates via email (I generally do not check DMs). (2/3)

To those asking about prices: I do not have my prices listed publically at the moment because they heavily depend on what each individual client is looking for! (1/3)

Thanks! I always animate at 24fps on 1s and 2s (and sometimes 3s).

Thank you! The rough animation for this project was done in Toon Boom Harmony, but other software were used for cleanup/color and compositing.

The roughs for this shot were completed over the course of approximately 3-4 weeks.

Yep! They're all colors used to differentiate various light and shadows (core shadows, secondary shadows, ambient occlusion, bounce light, highlights, etc.)

Inbetweens for the slow motion section were done by Veronica Brodsky and Cindy Crowell during the cleanup/color stage.
Direction, storyboards, and compositing were all done by @patstannard.bsky.social!

Huge shout out to @iceartz.bsky.social for helping clean and tone this animation with me, and for adding hair and reigns to the horse! Also need to give @sstarkm.bsky.social a big thanks for his amazing work at creating the 3d environment for this shot!

Mix of both! It was a college assignment but the character is also from a story I've been writing with my best friend over the years.

I don't take commissions super often since I'm usually doing studio work but I'm always open to discussing it via email!

She definitely looks different than she used to but mostly with her anatomy/silhouette rather than her markings 😅

I'd love to do a full body one at some point!

There's actually an even earlier version of this too from before I'd recorded some proper references for myself. It looks much different now!

This came a long way from where it started 😅
