Pleased to hear you complain about the language support (Re:Romanian). I've been hassling Apple for around 15 years to bring Welsh support to the Mac. At least on the Mac I can load my own Welsh dictionary for spellchecking, but iOS and Siri is a no go.

Microsoft launched their version of Windows back in 2005 I helped roll it out to schools and businesses.
I kept thinking to myself “it won’t be long now until Apple gets on board”.
It’s almost 30 years since I first sat down in front of my first Mac.
They’re still not on board.

A friend gave a talk yesterday to a bunch of art students (18yo-ish) about the new developments in A.i. And there was a visceral negative reaction.
It’s really interesting the backlash to modern tech by the young. The comeback of CDs, cassettes and film photography. It goes in waves I think.

Running into this issue with Avid media composer at the minute, where I have 32bit exr sequences going through Davinci outputing to Rec709 in ProRes HQ, where avid then turns it to mush
