I had burnout for about five years after an awful art school experience; I thought I was done forever.
Eventually depression got severe enough that I made myself draw fanart of old comfy games just to distract myself from it. Then a new hyperfixation was born, and I just kept going! XD

ComicFury might be worth a look! I'm using Tumblr, they've got a pretty robust webcomic blog template you can use and it's served me well, but occasionally mobile readers have had problems with the format.
