Igual hay que dejar de decir "cobrar el salario mínimo", porque eso hace que cierta peña privilegiada –la que luego va por ahí dictando la agenda– crea que si se cobra el mínimo es porque se trabaja el mínimo.
Igual hay que empezar a decir "esa empresa paga el mínimo posible".

I think that’s the best and the one I’m trying. I think the issue with my son is that he has figured out I understand a bit of German and I don’t have enough patience to pretend I don’t 😅

Depends a lot on the kid. My daughter can speak Spanish (me), German (my partner) and English (common lang and born in the uk). My son only speaks German (born and raised in Switzerland). And I haven’t done things very differently… my hope is that one day he’ll start speaking more Spanish…

At the moment I use sapling. The integration with GitHub is not great and every time I push I need to specify the branch and when I merge I need to update the stack again. But I can move commits around and split them very easily.

I’ve used graphite for years and it’s close to perfect. But it’s difficult to monetize a cli tool so now it’s inflated with lots of stuff and expensive.
