And then you formulate a plan for what your transition as an individual will look like! Not all people have the same experience some have different meds, different needs, etc. Routine bloodwork and open cooperation on finding and taking meds while understanding the risks is what Informed Consent is!

Um, hi! Trans women here, I use Informed Consent for my medication management, it's not much different than a doctor except you skip the annoying parts! You walk in, you talk to a doctor at the clinic about what you want, the risks in taking these medications, the costs, coverage, and checkups- 1/?
