I do have my republican moments... lots of them. I guess my brand of royalism is fantastical ideal-world wishful thinking. I also can't get past the basis of royalism which is that "some are better than others" by birth. So much potential though, if done differently.

Thank you so much, honestly.
One is quite good at accepting compliments.
They don't come too often, but one DOES practice in the mirror.
A Girl Scout is always prepared. lol

It was hard to leave the bird app, but I couldn't stomach giving a penny to him any longer. I had just under 2000 followers, almost all Sussex.
After 2 years on no platform, I've arrived here, hoping to discuss all the topics I love, plus Sussex. It feels like a good fit.

I wanted to be more specific, but ran out of letters.
I see it as a bait-and-switch. No award in the end. Europe & Ukraine could get rid of Russia, and prank the Orange Clown on the world stage.
It would involve Sweden, their royal family, Ukraine... everyone really. Cancel the award last minute.

I love the fact that Meghan is going on with her life and has NEVER shown distress since leaving Moldy Island.
I suspect she has one of these somewhere at home.

And I yours! So rare to find a British admirer of H and M.
I criticize the royal family (except the York girls), so people assume I'm anti-royal. I'm not. I'd like them to remain, but to become more relevant.
Charles sounds like his words are getting sucked out of him with a hoover.

I wouldn't mind if it wasn't so common (with every idea of the word "common" in mind).
Everyone has the right to colour their world as they see fit if it doesn't do harm. Whatever floats your boat.
But to have that aspiration as the only option is Orwellian (not that they've read Orwell).

As someone who lived in London for many years, I know few people realize the level of denial, and the 1950s fantasy Brits aspire to (and they don't aspire to much).
Being wealthy enough to not work, and "aristocratic" enough to NOT be ambitious is the ultimate desire.
Hence Kate. Do nothing Kate.

Understandably, Europe allowed the US to take the lead after WW2, primarily in military investment.
Lesson learned: No matter how great your boyfriend is, always have a credit card with more credit than his, and enough cash on you to buy a stolen gun in a back alley, should you need one.

It would be a shame if something happened to his pretty face.
I have suggestions.

THIS is Fanny Cradock.
Britain's idea of how The Duchess of Sussex should be doing her Netflix show.
Poor thing. Right up there with mushy peas.

I lived in London for 10 years. I'm even a dual national.
I know how Brits think.
I derive MAXIMUM pleasure knowing how obsessed they are with her and how she's moved an entire mansion, RENT FREE, into their tiny, bitter, angry heads.
AND all this AFTER 5 years with a 2nd season green-lit.

Elon has MAJOR DADDY ISSUES.
Nobody wants to see Daddy Issues on display.
It's CRINGE.
And you can't enjoy champagne when you're feeling CRINGE.

It's pissed me off, from the start, that the trope of Meghan being "the evil woman leading a good man astray" was bandied about in Britain.
I feel Harry wanted a woman who'd support HIM and be willing to walk away from the over-valued crock of manure the royal family is.
She's HAPPY to support him.

It's a SAD DAY IN AMERICA.
To know our "leaders" have turned their backs on the good people of UKRAINE.
To know our "leaders" have turned their backs on the good people of EUROPE.
To know our "leaders" have turned their backs on US.
