Meta has a much deeper issue to address around alienation from communities, bigotry, fear, & othering. Fact-checking won't fix that. What's needed is social-science research, and that requires openness and data from Meta, about which they are only occasionally forthcoming.

- Renting rooms to set up mini-Alsama schools in places where students have disbursed
- Equipping those rooms with a screen and Wifi
- Perhaps obtaining some shared laptops
- Paying for transport to the new mini-schools

However, the incredible people at Alsama try to continue the education via WhatsApp or any digital means. The money that you donate will be spend on:
- Paying for Wifi and SIM cards for students and teachers
- Equipping students with phones if necessary

Until 10 days ago, the plan was that the first of these teenagers would graduate in 2026 and move on to study at international universities. Because of the war this plan now is in danger to be destroyed.
