Hmm I need to make another good point, because in the comments someone gave me advice about how to hide negative content on YouTube, but here's my take on social media itself: even with ONLY positivity, it's still been a big easy distraction for me and literally causes eye strain and bad sleep.

I understand the sentiment that exercise can seem exhausting and pointless and I agree if you're grinding it, but I think a moderate/consistent amount actually feels ok and I find that leaving my phone at home or in the car prevents me from looking at negative content so my mood is often better.
