I've never written code that was so dense with one-by-one fixable bugs before...

Not sure about if it's an infinite wall or a globe, but yeah something like that - a big vertical wall world

OK, everything back in order.... (good enough, even though my north isn't Godot's north...)

Actually currently working on a tool to add doors so I too can be a real game designer.

Oh you mean displaying quads vs a cube tri-mesh? I just have a hard-coded wireframe cube to draw - I only need to draw cubes for now 🙃
comment in response to post
Wireframe view is a bit messy - each line segment is two quads for the body and two quads for the caps (where the offsets are in screen-space)

Hi! It’s an editor for a game I want to make. Not sure it’d be worth it to try rip it out for general use - it’ll be getting pretty tightly coupled to the game.

(This, being so, is fair, because quotient types are a bit more complex to specify than the others normie type constructions)

comment in response to post
Don't have a lot of time today - was going to try do some 3d modelling, but decided to try sort out character design/proportions instead - will be interesting to find out how bad my 3d skills are tomorrow 🙃

Got all the brushes working again with chunking, and added two pleasing growy/dissolvy brushes

We have chunking! (very satisfying to implement - editor would slow down horribly otherwise before too long)

Yeah! It's ok!

Editor status update - unpleasantly unergonomic; I need to rejig all the tools somehow to make them not annoying 😁 ( I still added a whole lot of features today though - am not unhappy! )

it doesn't even save yet 😄 not sure what I'll do - might just keep it within godot?

Having fun doing data-entry for other shape types :)

Reduce the number of crates to four or five and you have a nice level 🙃
