Printable 2x4 labels (& more) in this thread. Full sheets at bit.ly/4kOXREP: load your labels, print, stick 'em up wherever. (Don't be a jerk.) Will this magically solve things? No. But it helps like-minded people to take their own actions, by letting them know they're not alone. ❤️👊

Folks it's not over until the votes are counted. If you're furious, keep letting them know: indivisible.org/resource/cal...

Musk’s status as a “special government employee” limits him to 130 days in the executive branch. However, despite working daily—documented by his own X posts—they claim he only works one day a week, effectively stretching his limit to 130 weeks. This needs to be brought to Congress—please share.

Well over 200 people (including members of our and many other groups) attended the "Tesla Takedown" protest March 1 in Springfield, NJ. Because unelected and unvetted oligarchs like Elon Musk should have no place in our government. Thank you to the organizers!

Elon Musk and Donald Trump think they can rule this country like kings. House Republicans think they can steal from working families to fund billionaire tax cuts. They all think we'll sit back and let them get away with it. They are dead wrong: indivisibleproject.formstack.com/forms/organi...

As Republicans continue to hide from their constituents, it’s clear that the GOP is terrified of the backlash from the Trump-Musk coup. That backlash will grow even bigger if Republicans back a spending bill that cuts life-saving programs like Medicaid. Keep up the pressure on GOP representatives.

Today only: Don’t buy from MAGA-enabling businesses. Let’s show ‘Em what we’re made of!

Today's the day: No buying from major MAGA-enabling corporations. No Target, no Walmart, no Amazon, no posting on FaceBook, etc. MAGA loves displaying its power; let's demonstrate the power we can wield when we choose to.

We didn’t vote for this.

As early as Tues., Feb. 25, the draconian House GOP budget proposal may be put to a vote. New Jerseyans, your call to your rep is especial crucial if you live in NJ7 (Kean Jr.), NJ4 (Smith), or NJ2 (Van Drew). kean.house.gov/contact/offi... chrissmith.house.gov/contact/ vandrew.house.gov/contact/

Dear Dems. This is a reminder that Donald Trump rescinded the ethics rules preventing gifts to executive branch employees. Now would be a good time to propose legislation formalizing the prevention into a law Time to do things that make him react to you. apnews.com/article/trum...

Such an absolute embarrassment! Governor Murphy... this is the time to stand up to tyranny, not to kiss the ring and ask for more.

It’s extra important for your GOP senator to hear from you right now if you’re in one of these states. Call your senators and tell them to vote NO on Kash Patel’s nomination for FBI director: indivisible.org/resource/cal... Or send an email to your senators: act.indivisible.org/sign/demand-...

Members of Indivisible Central NJ celebrated the true meaning of President's Day by traveling to New Jersey's state capitol in Trenton to protest the Musk/MAGA crime spree. There were bigger events in bigger cities, but despite the cold and whipping wind, the crowd was good-sized and enthusiastic.

Call it what it is: a plan to re-segregate the federal workforce. www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2025/...

Some reliable progressives (are you listening, Cory?) are realizing only now that EVERY Trump nominee is a danger to our democracy. Keep calling your senators via www.nixthenoms.com and insist that they slow the Senate to a crawl. If phone lines are jammed, leave a text message at their websites.

If you've been waiting to call your senators about Trump's most dangerous nominees, time is running out. Senate confirmation votes for Russell Vought, Robert Kennedy Jr., and Tulsi Gabbard are expected in the coming days. We've made it easy for you to contact your senators. www.nixthenoms.com/?...

Thank you @kim.senate.gov. NJ chooses to fight!

On Tues., Feb. 4, 2025 patriotic New Jerseyans assembled outside Sen. Cory Booker's office in Newark to remind Sen. Booker that Pres. Trump's nominees (plus unelected Elon Musk!) have already demonstrated that they cannot be relied upon to uphold law and the Constitution, and should be opposed.

Congressman Chris Smith - we hope you read our letter & oppose the Trump administration's plan to make deep cuts to critical programs such as Medicaid, TANF, SNAP, and key subsidies for the Affordable Care Act (ACA). #PeopleOverProfits #SaveOurServices

In the last week, we’ve seen two different strategies for responding to MAGA’s divide and conquer strategies. In one, Democrats fractured and capitulated. In the other, they unified and fought back. Courage is contagious and our job is to help Democrats find that courage.

President Biden has declared the Equal Rights Amendment ratified. Yes, there will be pushback, but THANK YOU, JOE! And THANK YOU to everyone who kept the faith for so many decades and continued lobbying for this amendment to make it over the line.

We’ve received some questions about the race to elect a new DNC chair. So we put together a guide to the DNC chair election and the leadership of the Democratic National Committee. 👇

We’re teaming up with @publiccitizen.bsky.social, @workingfamilies.org & @moveon.org for a mass call on Trump’s cabinet picks. We’ll take an in-depth look at the upcoming confirmation hearings & show you how to take action against MAGA’s unqualified lineup of losers: www.mobilize.us/electionresp...

This is an important resource with many ways you can help our friends in California right now. Please amplify and consider pitching in if possible.

The Equal Rights Amendment is the proposed 28th Amendment to the Constitution that would guarantee equal rights to all people regardless of sex. Drafted nearly a century ago, the ERA finally passed the threshold for certification in 2020 when Virginia became the 38th state to ratify.

We worked with @peoplefor.bsky.social, @boldprogressives.bsky.social, @afjustice.bsky.social, and @standupamerica.bsky.social to deliver sleeping bags to dozens of Democratic senators with an urgent message: Work late. Work weekends. Confirm every pro-democracy judge.

Let’s get to work: indivisibleproject.formstack.com/forms/organi...

We are thankful for... - Family & friends - The extraordinary work done by so many of us for this year's election, keeping GOP House and Senate margins tight - In NJ, electing Andy Kim and holding our 9 of 12 House seats See replies for current actions and next year's challenges.

The work of defying Trump doesn't start in January, it starts now: indivisible.org/guide

Last week, the House passed a bill that would give Trump unchecked power to go after his political opponents. Now we need Senate Democrats to fight back and defeat this nonprofit killer bill. Tell your senators to vote NO on H.R. 9495 (and oppose any bill that it’s attached to as an amendment). 👇

Democrats can't concede power to Trump. We need our senators to keep confirming pro-democracy judges who will protect our rights. Tell your Democratic senators to do everything they can to safeguard our democracy before January: act.indivisible.org/...
