Tyranny requires your fear and your silence and your compliance. Democracy requires your courage. So gather your justice and humanity, Illinois, and do not let despair overcome us when our country needs us the most.

To be clear, the Archivist hasn’t (yet) published the ERA, but Joe has moved the ball forward. We’ll all be staying tuned.

Here’s the plan: Keep Democrats in Congress and state legislatures aligned and let the GOP divide themselves; make sure the GOP owns every horrible policy they try to foist on the public; win NJ and VA in 2025, take back Congress in 2026, and the Presidency in 2028.

Next year's challenges: - Demand state & local leaders every power to protect the rights of New Jersey residents. - Retain the NJ trifecta. This will be a challenge, as our 2024 margins of victory went down a full 10% (16% down to 6%).

Current Actions - To protect women's rights, ask Pres. Biden to publish the Equal Rights Amendment. See publisheranow.org - Call Senators Booker [973-639-8700] & Helmy [973-645-3030] to demand that Democrats push Court of Appeals nominations or identify alternate confirmable nominees.
