How did people in Star Wars forget the Jedi in like 20 years? The news went "Jedi Master and General of the Republic Mace Windu led his troops to victory by cutting a spaceship in half with his sick-ass lightsaber while nailing a triple backflip" and 15 years later it's just: "Sounds fake."

My computer makes noise only when I'm not at it. Fans spin up, stuff is happening. I've left task manager open and walked away so I could catch what's doing this but then it doesn't happen. So it's a virus that stops working when task manag- Wait, crap. That's just paranoia with no extra steps.
