I'm concerned President Trump's 25% tariff tax will hurt our farmers, ag industries, and our economy and cause prices to go up on everything from gas to groceries. We must work together to lower everyday, out-of-pocket costs for working families.

In addition to Congress being the place that makes the laws, pretty key thing, the constitution explicitly says Congress gets to create the postal system. It’s not left implied that that comes under law making generally. The President has no power to unilaterally abolish it and move it to commerce.

The talent drain will be immense.

They tell themselves it can’t happen here. That the courts will save us, that institutions will hold, that this is just another election. But history doesn’t wake the sleepwalkers gently. It shatters them.

I don’t know what critical mass looks like, but we have to be getting closer…
