I do exactly the same. I sometimes smile at anyone else also in the loo. But I have no interest who's in the cubicle next to me. Even if it turned out to be a 6ft bearded man, I'd smile, wash my hands and leave.

I will defend any trans woman in the loos with me from these vile people.

I found a lump when I was in my 20s. I was automatically referred for a mammogram. I didn't have to push for anything.
Even now (I'm 55) I see patients being referred to Breast Clinics regularly and 99% of times a mammogram is carried out.
