I literally was one of those trans gender kids you hear about on the news. I started my transition as a teenager. Then I grew up to be a trans gender adult. I just want to live my quiet life in peace. But Republicans want to burn my whole world down. I've never felt more urgency to arm myself.

I noticed that this wasn't even worthy of a push notification. Just ho hum.

Providers can still provide gender-affirming care to transgender people under the age of 19, but this order directs federal agencies to take steps toward withholding funds from providers who do. This is a dangerous and sweeping attempt to control our bodies, our families, and our lives.
