Out of left field, as the only one on the team who actually produces anything of value and keeps the project moving against incredible odds, I was shocked to find out I'm not a culture fit. Sometimes that's the highest compliment when the culture doesn't care about work, only tickets.

Saw the other day that fewer than 3% of dads have never changed a diaper. Was that because of some govt program, some HR benevolence or a cultural shift from real people? Seems like if we wanted to, we could really change some things that are really hurting us. Just takes some serious shaming.

If TikTok is a threat to national security, I can't see how Deepseek isn't causing apoplectic handwringing also. Non-deterministic output = reduced ability to verify. Perfect context for nogoodniks
