So you're saying I should trace my family tree, see which country is best represented and take myself off there? And countries like the UK should open their doors and let me in? My country's economy will crash but that'll be a good thing?

And how many federal jobs require the “best person” rather than a “competent person”? The high-profile jobs, sure, but there must be a high % that just need someone capable.

My MIL and a SIL have died from pancreatic cancer. The fam are in a screening program but they would all volunteer to be part of a wider trial of the vaccine. Fantastic news.

That looks like they've stored potatoes in the boot for too long.

I did see this one a few months ago and it’s even worse now.

Adding the “au” hasn't changed much but they mask less and let their needs be seen & met.

Oh you're joining a great big club! I was 50 and only realised because a friend was diagnosed. I'd known “naughty” ADHD kids but didn't see myself, nor my kids, in them. I'd bought into the negative stereotype. Once I knew it was quick to sort the adult kids and, wow, they blossomed.

Kiddo is still young. This is not necessarily a bad thing. With support our kids can be magnificent. I wish I'd known when mine were still little but I'm so proud of how they coped and who they've become.

And he only wants to make you a single state with 2 senators. As much clout as North Dakota.

If I was from the US with a terminal diagnosis but relatively well I reckon I'd take a stand. Nothing to lose…

I'm sure she'd trade it for adequate medical care when she did lose it. The PTSD must be immense.

I want my old dog back too! Unfortunately time continues to tick along and senior citizens keep getting older.

But was he really?

I'm going to be travelling through the Washingtons - I'll be keeping my eyes peeled on the dogs. Imagine spotting a celebrity like Snickers!!!

He might like the themes but he's hopeless with the real thing.

I love how he's styled Trump to look like Princess Di has aged naturally…

He looks more like Princess Diana with that hair!

Your point is what?

Is he speaking from experience? Does he regret bad mouthing Trump?

Flat chested, normal lips. She won't last long.

As a teen I briefly worked for a guy trying to launch Apricot computers. Back when 3” floppies were a novelty. Did they ever take off? This was on Aucklands North Shore, mid ‘80s

And just in case it was the “nz” that confused you - its a mythical country in the South Pacific Ocean that doesn't want attention from a particular real estate hoarder.

You'll see references to booksky, etc. Its just a loose reference to niche content in this app.

That's quite a statement!

Your lack of empathy is astounding. Mental health takes a toll in a variety of ways. Are you as callous about people who eat away their troubles and end up obese? Smokers?

Imagine being naive enough to think Canada should be a single state with 2 senators and as much influence as North Dakota?

And probably a grandchild. Poor wee tike. Truly one of the grossest crimes. A just God would smite him but at least he'll probably die in jail.

It'll be fine once the condos get built and the highways are open. /s Please let me be wrong but this was discussed back in 2017

If you're dating someone and you're not visible to them then are you really dating?

What I'd do to have my 15yo boy back. None of us slept well for the last few months but I'd do it all again.

We need to offer this at home with full on counselling before & after to help people make the social and cultural changes that are necessary. If we want to tackle the obesity epidemic we have to provide the support.

I've supported a friend having surgery in Turkey and 99% of the other patients were Kiwis. Excellent results BUT most did not understand the radical lifestyle change they'd just signed up for. It was explained but they weren't taking it in. The chatter after was incredible.

So if Canada became a single state they'd have 2 Senators, right? The same as North Dakota? Make it make sense!

These same people will claim they have “freedom” but if you're afraid to go to the doctor are you really free?
comment in response to post
I'm always delighted when the doctor actually knows. I have a list of illnesses that they have no idea about.

Then explain it. You say women don't see men but what's the context if it isn't social interaction?

I don't understand why they think we get a new phone number when we get a new phone. The last time I had to give up my number was in 2007 when we lost the 025 network. Is number portability not a thing elsewhere?

The Samoan measles outbreak in 2019 led the news every night in New Zealand. Let's hope the US gives the same prominence to their own.
