I was in the first research group that took the Covid vaccine in clinical trials - here I am today still doing great. Just had a physical - labs were like 20 year olds- I am 65!

I think this would be a great start. It will not solve all the problems but it is a start. I would also add a buyers fee.
- if people in the US want to buy from China versus buying American they could still do so but would have to pay more. I think that might cause some people to rethink.
