My stay in the hospital, plus the NICU bills were 50k PER CHILD. (THANK GOD FOR INSURANCE)

You can change out things as needed, that's just exactly how I made mine and what brand I used.

Mix 2tsp of instant espresso (I use nescafé)
2 tsp of salted Carmel syrup (I use Torani)
Add a little cold water and mix with a frother. It'll get creamy.
Next add ice, splash of creamer (I use better foods white chocolate Carmel) and whole milk. Stir.
Top w/ cold foam, Carmel sauce and sea salt. 🤌🏻
