I fr pavlov-ed myself with peanut butter crackers and now after I eat them I’m ready for bed and fall asleep pretty fast. On especially bad insomnia nights, it’s a lifesaver.

Yeah! Any sort of irritation on it can make it get angry at you! I had never had any issues with mine before and it was like a 5 star arm smack and we were all like “woah tattoos can still do that?!” when it happened lmao

I once got smacked on my tattoo years later and it started getting swollen and red like it was fresh. I put some cortisone cream on it and it went back to normal after a few hours.
