Inventor - currently launched a new ttrpg called Interns in the Dark. Like dungeons and dragons but you play as interns in a dystopian tech city. Satire. Might repost things to inspire new one-shots. AI can't make something this dumb

I'm not a fan of dice roll results being a denial but I am a fan of dice roll results being a denial AND making things worse.

Oil up, lube a ramp, or make someone flammable. All possibilities with Grease and the right GM!

Grease if the GM is flexible with the possibilities

You can do a lot with one sentence or one character motivation

Yes though I’m small enough that I’ll only give a digital pdf when contacted. I think it helps filter out who really wants to play it.

Have you played “I was a teenage exocolonist”? I found it a riveting game with a lot of story paths. Is it similar?

Thanksgiving prep is hard work!

One of the excersies I’ve heard is to just write 10 ideas a day in like a note pad or journal and you realize how hard that is but you get better day by day. Idea’s are essential prompts but affect your real life!

When I do play, I try my best to spec a character who’s really good at punching and solve every thing by punching it

I always preface nowadays when I GM that "this game you're playing is like a writer's room, and we're all writing a story together" which gives the players more agency in the story and less cognative burden on the GM

I love learning about this. As someone who works for another low-margin industry, it's interesting to know the paths it takes to be successful. Do you think crowdfunding is a necessity for independents or do you have opinions on other paths to market?
