Mahmoud Khalil's hearing is 11:30 Wed @ SDNY Courthouse ICE & State Dept must now justify abducting him without a judicial warrant, charge, & disappearing him without access to counsel I want to see the lawyer dumb enough to risk their law license by arguing under oath such a fascist act is legal.
