I know it seems counterintuitive but get a CPA. They can be expensive but they can also save you so much money on your taxes that they pay for themselves 5x over.

Is it the designers or the managers who consistently say “no” to new experiences and experiments? Maybe a little of both? However, in my experience it’s mostly the former and they always blame the designer for never giving them anything ‘new’ instead of realizing their own management shortcomings.
