Just learned about Excel’s XLOOKUP function. How long has this been a thing? Whenever VLOOKUP isn’t an option, I’ve been using INDEX/MATCH.

It’s not that “Katy Perry got to go to space and I didn’t.” We’re mad that a group of celebrities are hailed as “astronauts” while women in STEM are laid off and called “DEI hires.” Even Amanda Nguyen’s messaging about gender-based violence and inequality in STEM was overshadowed by girl-boss bs.
