My brother the narrative they keep trying to push to cover their colossal fuckup is astounding. The party can commit no wrong and it is infuriating to see how far they will go to try to make that their reality.

We mag dump to lighten the load on Pelican One and if those rounds find homes in the hearts and minds of our enemies, then I'm okay with that.

Yes and I get annoyed that no one else has seen it but goes on about Severance because this is the one I saw first and since it came out like 20 years previously it is the only Severance in my mind.

If you guys were looking to liberate us, I'll take it.

Being inside the situation, I doubt it. "Standing up" to it is a nice but vague idea. We'd basically need military intervention. Everyone is poor and desperate and it's hard to stand up against tyranny when you live paycheck to paycheck and have mouths to feed. We've backslid to a 3rd world country.

For the average citizen there is nothing to do. You can protest, move or pray.

Also the few that are left over are terrified and spinless. Trump has a history of doxxing those who go against him and calling for public animosity towards those people. No one in government wants their house broken into and their family beaten with hammers like what happened to Pelosi.

It's been a long time coming. The other branches of our government were put in place to curb power but everyone in them are on the side of the tyrant. Citizens United pretty much ended the populace having any voice about things. And oldschool pubs are dead, replaced by the batshit ones.

Believe me, a lot of us didn't "let" it happen, but have exhausted every resource and avenue available to us trying to stop it. Sadly checks and balances only work when they're enforced.

Or someone called Scratch cause they're *really* bad at pool.

Humankind is a pretty good alternative if you want to see where they jacked most of their mechanics from.

If only that man was an uncle. I bet his niece would have appreciated it.

I'll second Eco. I've put time into it and any way you play it has you having to worry about the consequences of industrialization and advancement if you're lazy. It simulates a very complicated ecosystem with prey and predator animals as well as the plants they utilize.

Drown me in purple and tacky Hot Wheels flames on the side please.

Dude that is amazing, top notch stuff! I am gobsmacked by this, that's a hell of a hookup!

It's a cesspit. These trolls occupy a chat space and make it entirely about their directive and then these asshats on spectrum act like it's your fault for wanting a tolerable chat experience. Curious. Can you report a stream for its in game chat? Bet CIG would act real quick if you could.

It's become worse than Steam forums. In game chat is an unmitigated cesspit and the F12 suggestion is such a childish route. Especially if you need to communicate with group members.

Legit considered streaming SC on the Hub and changing absolutely nothing just to be funny, but never got around to it because I was lazy.

After 2024, I feel like job requirements are out the window. Take chances, apply for the job, sneak the Principality of Sealand into the game.

Oof magoof I am so sorry. Was really hoping they would sort that shit out because it is incredibly fun.

Looter shooters/royales locked in the Dark Forest mindset of having to stay hidden or murder. Meeting another person in a game is no longer a magical thing, it's an annoyance at best and risk at worst. Which is sad.
