It’s amazing how art skill seems to be like a slippery eel. Got it one second, gone the next. God speed grabbing that sucker again!

Your eye for composition is amazing! I positively love how you laid this out.

Yup I feel that. We have some power company guy in my store who keeps stopping me 10 times a day while I’m working asking me who my electricity provider is. I got so fed up with telling him “I’m not interested” I started telling him I live in my car so he’ll get off my back.

This is so sweet, I love how warm this feels from your colour palette.

Hey don’t worry about it. I actually just got back from a long hiatus myself. Remember, your personal wellbeing always comes before some media site.

That’s a critter you’d see scientists making fun of in their submarine.

More of what you’ve been doing and whatever else meets your fancy. I followed because I enjoy your style, composition, and themes. They are compelling even if I don’t personally enjoy the same media you draw inspiration from.

The angle of the wings and the sense of thickness is superb, I find a lot of people (myself included) struggle to capture the thickness of a birds wings, good job, the piece overall looks great as well that part just stuck out to me.

You could show this to me and tell me it’s a magical mandrake and I’d be tempted to believe you. They do look good though despite the fear it’s wails might kill me

Not great but not the worst. I wish you a smooth journey on the rest of your project

It only happened to me once, but ever since then I’ve had two running saves while working on a project. “[art name] 1”, “[art name] 2” and alternate between them as I save as I work so if one of them ever corrupts again I’ll have a backup with minimal work lost.

Holy shit I don’t blame you! I’ve had that happen to me and it’s devastating to see all that work jeopardised before it’s even done. I hope you’re able to recover it 😭

Hey, your health and wellbeing comes first. The people in your little light box you posted this from can wait for you to feel better.

That’s often what’s best to do. Getting into a public argument over on the internet rarely does much good.

Very cool design and a stunning amount of detail without it feeling too cluttered. Love how grotesque this looks. 10/10 would see this in my nightmares

I'm not even saying "get rid of the cogs" I'm saying "make the cogs do something"
Leather pants with cogs going down the leg for decoration. Boring.
Metal cogs going down the leg because they have a clockwork prosthetic and you can see how it would work. Pretty stinking cool.

I love steampunk. I think the idea of how technology close to the modern age existing in Elisabethan times but with the culture and world set up being the same from back then and how that would influence things.
However... it rarely actually touches that. It's mostly random cogs slapped on leather.

Very lovely character. All 4 look great but my favourites are the first one (I want that burger) and the 3rd one (I really like flowing hair and tail)

Fun fact! This evolution line represents a sheep in the different stages of being sheered and each stage is the pastel primary colours normally found in a baby's room.
